If you wish to offer feedback, please be sure to visit the blog to see if a discussion topic is already open.  If your comments are on a specific essay, feel free to contact that particular author through the authors' page.  General comments about the website can be posted in the guestbook.  Other comments about the website, including coding problems or typos, can be sent to the webmaster at webmaster@blacklightmetaphysics.com.

Essay submissions must be at least 1000 words.  Please be sure to edit your submission for spelling, grammar, and clarity, and include citations if applicable.  I ask that new authors include a brief biography, describing current and past magical practices and influences.  This makes it easier for me and your readers to see where you're coming from.  I will include this information on the authors page unless you specifically request that I do not make it publicly available, in which case I won't.  Also, indicate whether your submission has already been published on another site or forum, so that this may be acknowledged.

Reviews on essays, websites, or books are now being accepted.  They should be at least 500 words for essay and website reviews and 1000 words for full book reviews.  Links should be included to online sources; bibliographical information should be included for books.  Reviews do not have to be on recent or new works.  All reviews, even negative ones, should maintain a respectful tone.  An author bio is not necessary for reviews, although it would be nice.

Works smaller than 1000 words may be submitted for posting on the blog, as well as rants or personal observation that are less organized than formal essays.  The blog will also feature feedback from larger essays and mention of reviews for comment..  Readers are welcome to post comments on the blog entries, to offer feedback, reviews, or thoughts about featured essays or the topics they address.

Apparently, the blog now allows members to the site (through webs.com) to post blog entries.  I will post more information on this once I have the time to figure it out in full.  Until then, I will be happy to post smaller pieces on the blog, with full credit given to the author.  Cross-postings from other blogs will be acknowledged, with a link to the author's blog.  If it becomes available, I may offer to import blogs from certain RSS feeds, according to my discretion.

At present, submissions should be made via e-mail.  Please send the essay as an HTML or Word file attached to the e-mail (Word is preferred), so that I can see how you want it formatted and won't have to try to pick it out of an e-mail.  The subject line of the e-mail should include the word "Essay" for essay submissions and "Review" for review submissions.  Send all submissions to submissions@blacklightmetaphysics.com.  Please allow at least a month for submissions to be reviewed and formatted before they are posted.  Queries regarding submitted material can be send to editor@blacklightmetaphysics.com.

If for some reason your essay is not accepted, feel free to rewrite and resubmit it.  Please to not be childish and take it personally.
